One of the keys to following a bodybuilding nutritional program is accurately counting your calories and macro nutrients (i.e. protein, carbs, and fat).
This is very easy to do with most packaged foods that have a nutritional label. But how do you go about counting your calories for foods that don't have a nutrition label?
Well it's actually very easy, all you have to do is "google search it". If you type in whatever food you are looking for you can get the full nutritional profile for that food.
For example, just type into google...
"nutritional information for beef" and you'll get all the nutritional info for beef.
You can do the same thing with any food and google will give you what you need to know.
Another resource that you can use is Calorie King http://www.calorieking.com this has a searchable database for virtually every food you can think of and it also allows you to type in the type of food. Such as lean meat vs. regular meat, cooked meat vs. raw meat, etc.
Between google and calorie king you'll be able to find the nutritional info for pretty much every food you'll ever eat.
There are other similar types of websites and apps available that do the same thing, but these 2 are my personal favorites.
